All payments made using American Express
will incur a 2 percent surcharge.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If your reservation is for December, January
or February, cancellations and any date changes
must be in writing no later than 2 weeks prior
to check in to avoid being charged 50%
of the total booking cost.
Otherwise, cancellations and any date changes
must be made in writing no later than 5 days prior
to check in to avoid being charged one night in full.

Reception is conveniently open 24 hours a day.
Check in commences at 12:00 noon.
Check out is no later than 10:00 am.

Please note: All patrons who are not staying in the
hotel are to vacate rooms/suites by 12:00am.
