Ravesi's is looking for competent Cocktail Bar staff to work in our award winning Drift Cocktail Bar. In 2008 Drift was voted NSW Hotel Bar of the year. Later this month we are competing in the finals of the Hotel Bar of the year Australia wide. Drift is fast paced and requires people who work well under pressure and enjoy working in a team. The position requires someone with Cocktail experience who is able to work autonomously in quiet and busy situations.
